Mussollini Salem Mugumbate
Mussollini Salem Mugumbate is the visionary founding Director of CODAZIM, a passionate advocate for digital safety, child rights, and ethical technology in Africa. With years of experience in social justice, community development, and digital advocacy, he is at the forefront of shaping Zimbabwe's response to the growing online risks affecting children and young people.
Driven by the African philosophy of Ubuntu, Mr. Mugumbate believes that technology should serve humanity — not harm it. Under his leadership, CODAZIM has become a bold voice pushing for the establishment of an Africa eSafety Commission, working closely with governments, NGOs and tech partners to protect children in the digital space.
Daniel Mususa
Daniel Mususa holds an MSc and BSc Hons in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe and is a PhD candidate at North-West University in South Africa. He is a dedicated development professional with over 15 years of experience in program formulation, monitoring and evaluation across various sectors in Zimbabwe.

Supporting program implementation and stakeholder engagement across CODAZIM's initiatives.
Sean Kevin Coutinho
Sean Kevin Coutinho leads information technology at CODAZIM, building and maintaining the digital systems, website and data tools that carry the organisation's online-safety work. The role keeps CODAZIM's own platforms secure, accessible and reliable — including the channels through which children, parents and educators report harm.
