Mussollini Salem Mugumbate
Mussollini Salem Mugumbate is a Zimbabwean child online-safety advocate, digital-safety champion and Founder and Director of Children of the Digital Age Zimbabwe (CODAZIM). Through CODAZIM, he complements government efforts to combat cybercrime and protect children online, with a focus on digital literacy, digital parenting, online exploitation, cyberbullying, technology-facilitated violence and digital wellbeing.
He also advocates for safe, ethical and age-appropriate artificial intelligence, child-centred AI governance and Safety by Design, ensuring children's safety, privacy and dignity are built into technology from the beginning. Guided by the Spirit of Ubuntu Online, Mussollini promotes collaboration across governments, civil society, law enforcement, technology companies and communities towards a digital Africa where children are protected, empowered and heard.
Daniel Mususa
Daniel Mususa holds an MSc and BSc Hons in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe and is a PhD candidate at North-West University in South Africa. He is a dedicated development professional with over 15 years of experience in program formulation, monitoring and evaluation across various sectors in Zimbabwe.

Sean Kevin Coutinho
Sean Kevin Coutinho leads information technology at CODAZIM, building and maintaining the digital systems, website and data tools that carry the organisation's online-safety work. The role keeps CODAZIM's own platforms secure, accessible and reliable — including the channels through which children, parents and educators report harm.
